What happens next

1Pain points. What people complain about, with quotes and links.
2Demand and rivals. Google searches a month, and what users of similar sites dislike.
3Your build plan. What to build first and what to skip, ready to paste into your builder.

Where we lookGoogle search and results pages, home improvement and other forums, Trustpilot, app store and Google reviews, YouTube comments, Hacker News and GitHub, and your rivals' own websites.
